Tucked between Bournemouth and Poole in a leafy suburb of wide avenues and tall redwoods, The Greenhouse is an oasis of peace. Our guests are often surprised to find such quiet and beautiful location within easy reach of the town centre and transport links. We want you to feel relaxed and at home with us during your stay and we look forward to welcoming you as part of our family!
Built in the 1850s this classic Victorian home between Poole and Bournemouth is now your family home. Easily accessible and close to both award winning beaches and the New Forest, this is your perfect South Coast getaway.
The chapel, dining room and all our lounges in the main house are on the ground floor, have no steps and are therefore wheelchair accessible. There are no steps into the building from the main entrance. Ramps are provided into the gardens from the conservatory and into the pool lounge.
Nothing beats going for an early morning swim or enjoying sunset on the poolside.
Open from May until September, this heated pool is a treasure to enjoy. So get your swimwear on and feel refreshed by a few lengths.
Please Note: All swimmers must be accompanied.
The Greenhouse is an oasis of prayer, worship and encounter. Our aim is that people will come here and meet with God.
At the heart of this ministry is our chapel and its routine of daily services.
The Chapel is open 24 hours a day and you are welcome to use it any time.
The garden is lovingly tended and has its own prayer walk. A great space for quiet reflection, admiring God's creation and having fun. We have a summerhouse, a pond and of course a greenhouse!
We have a number of different lounges, from places to enjoy quiet reflection and prayer to rooms able to seat much larger numbers of up to 50.
There are rooms with art materials, TV and tea and coffee making facilities as well as rooms ideal for relaxing or hosting larger meetings.
